ABSTRACT

The Impact of Motivation on Workers Performance in Government Establishment in Nigeria has been an important aspect. To carryout this research work effectively, the researcher was able to divided this project work into five chapters for easy investigation and recommendation of findings.  Chapter one, highlighted on the introduction of the subject matter, to divide the project work, brief historical background of the organization used as a case study, statement of problem, objectives of the study, relevant research question and hypothesis, scope of the study was well as the limitation of the study.  It also went further in highlighting the significance of the study and the definition of terms used in this research work.  Chapter two, looked into the various review of literature relevant to this study.  Chapter three, laid emphasis on the research design as employed by the researcher to enable her carryout the investigation. The description of the population and sample method employed and instruments used for collection of data, also the administration of the questionnaire, validation of instrument, description of pilot test and the method and techniques used by the researcher to analyze data were all contained in the chapter three.  Chapter four dealt with the presentation and analysis of data collected, the questionnaire were analyzed and the hypothesis according to the respondents.
