ABSTRACT

This study examines the Impact of Remuneration and working conditions on an organizational productivity. The study employed the survey research design using a structured questionnaire to gather data from respondents. One hundred and Twenty(120) copies of questionnaires were distributed to 17 Nigerian Breweries Plc in Ogun State. Descriptive statistics was used to analyze and provide answers to the research questions of the study while 50 samples of staffs were selected from Nigerian Breweries Ota, Ogun State, using Spearman rank to collect relevant questions for the study while hypotheses were tested using chi-square method.

The findings show that that (r =0.13, P<0.05) is greater than tv(0.900)shows a significant relationship between motivational tools and employee performance. The study therefore recommended that firms should perform remuneration and provide good working condition for the employees in an organization to enhances them to have high productivity in an organization.
