This project intends to solve the problem of petition report submission to public government

agencies by the members of the general public through the design and implementation of a

Proposed Human Rights Violation Act Online Reporting Portal System for case submissions to the Office of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC). The system will be developed to be an online web-based platform that will allow petition reporters to submit their

cases. The submitted documents will be automatically sorted into their appropriate categories and will be accessed by the report processing staff via a web portal integrated to the system. The portal will enable the staff to login and view the submitted according to their categories

and have the report cases treated. The proposed system will be developed using the

combination of the MySQL database management system, PHP server-side scripting language and the HTML website markup language.
