ABSTRACT
The project work takes a look at the impact of Strategic Human Resources
planning on productivity in an organization using Consolidated Breweries Plc as a
case study, however the research study makes use of primary data; questionnaires
analysis and the estimation technique adopted in the study is chi-square. Human
resources planning leads to employees’ performances in an organization, hence,
the study concludes and recommends that manager’s time and attention is that of
improving productivity in consolidated breweries is very important for both
survival and maintenance of profit margin of the company. Therefore the company
should measure productivity on how well resources are combined and utilized to
accomplish specific desirable results to be able to achieve its objectives in
organizational needs articulate its strategies and carefully pursue them. In real life
situations strategic planning and its application have the potentials of reviewing
and sustaining corporate entities through increased productivity .Therefore top
company management should engage only skilled personnel who would adopt
scientific techniques to plan strategically
