Any academic system can achieve its educational goals with a sound library, as information resource should extend by print and physically available to non-print. There has been non-challant attitude shown by students in aspects of visiting and using the library as it should be in order to update their knowledge and explore new ideas in their studies. The work is carried out with the following objectives;

1.3   Objectives of the Study

1. To determine awareness and a library use among students of tertiary institutions.

2. To identify the kinds and types of   resource materials in library.

3. To identify source of the constraints of library use among students.
