ABSTRACT
The purpose of the study was to apprise management labour relations in the Nigeria Automobile Industry with reference to ANAMMCO, Enugu. To guide this study four-research questions were formulated. A review of literature was done to ensure solid conclusion for study. A structural questionnaire was developed and administered by research to 131 staff of MB ANAMMCO Enugu:
A likert- type four point scale was used in determining positive and above. Based on the above, some of the major findings include: presentation of data and analysis. The analysis was done on two versions the general questions and structured personal interview. And finally chapter discussed all the findings made by the researcher and recommendations as well as conclusions.
However, the researcher will as matter of fact add to the existing literature on management labour Relations in the Nigeria Automobile Industry.
