Shortly after starting a biology course an article was read, discussing 'the ways in which some insecticides are counterproductive in agriculture on a mass scale. This idea was intriguing. It was initially believed pesticides could be beneficial for plant growth and agriculture, by repelling plant eating pests and other rodents.
