ABSTRACT

This Project presents the design and construction of a microcontroller based Intelligent Emergency Light System. It is based on Hardwired control logic and micro programmed control logic using a real time program known as Assembly language. This Project Intelligent Emergency Light will turn on the Emergency light only during the Dark condition. Ordinary emergency light will be switched ON during the power failure condition. So that if there was a power failure in day time the ordinary emergency light will also be switched on. So there is a loss of power. Our system will continuously monitor the light falling on the LDR sensor and when there was no sufficient light over the LDR & there is a power failure then it will switch on the Light. So that the place at which the circuit was connected will always be in Bright. And if there is a power failure then the power to drive the emergency light was taken from the Battery supplied with the circuit. The Whole system was controlled by the AT89S52 Microcontroller. It continuously monitors the Light in the Room and it will switch ON the emergency light if there is a power failure and the Room was Dark.

ABSTRACT:  A traffic light system is an electronic circuitry designed and configured to control the flow of the traffic (vehicular and human) at roads intersection without the physical presence of a traffic warden. This is made possible through the help of a signaling device which is mounted at roads intersection. It is achieved using... Continue Reading
